just watched The Report. i like pollitical thrillers and i wish more were made. i also love a good spy thriller but there are so...SO many mediocre to bad ones.

I Saw The TV Glow: 10/10

Immediately became one of my favorite movies

Picnic at Hanging Rock 8.5/10

Amazing movie, near perfect. The only thing is hearing “forget it Jake, it’s Chinatown” before seeing the movie you thinks it’s some cheeky, into the sunset s\*\*\* - not the incest rape victim getting their head exploded by a 357

absolute gas, 4 hours flew by

Solid crime thriller. Nicely paced and does a great job at building tension. I can see some Coen bros influence but dialogue isn’t as sharp. I’ll definitely be checking for the director’s future work. I feel like this one might go under the radar but at only 90 minutes I’d recommend a watch.

La Haine. Might be my favorite film ever.

The first Dumbledore actor would have been goat if he was able to see it through to the end.

Harry murders his first man at 11 years old. Wow.

Idk how it flew under the radar the way it did, but Origin was one of the best movies of 2023/2024 by far

Been watching Craig’s Bond movies and wow forgot how good Skyfall is

Came out near at the end of the year and didn’t get the award season push it was expected to. Even my thread about it flopped

I haven’t watched it yet but it’s supposed to hit Hulu soon. Figured I’d wait and help it’s stream number

didnt even know there was a thread for it, but yeah definitely watch asap once it does. you wont be disappointed
