You check Apple Music and see “Mr Morale and the Big Steppers” has dropped officially on streaming

You press play on track 1

It’s a gorgeous soul sample

You check the prod credits and see it’s prod by The Alchemist

Kendrick starts rapping with a gorgeous flow you’ve never heard - not too fast, not too slow, but just right

Verse has some quotables and is an amazing way to start the album

Out of nowhere, you hear “YOUNG!”

It can’t be….Suddenly Hov comes in and drops a classic verse, quotables, bravado, introspection, just perfect.

The beat starts fading out, you simply can’t believe you are listening to a new kendrick album and HOV was on track 1

“What a great way to start the album,” you say

Suddenly, a beat change

“METROOOOOOOOO!”
