Itās more about his emotions personified and given entire voices/character arcs, his personal growth unfiltered, and redemption. Itās ugly and messy and gives no answers but itās not supposed to.
The album is extremely confusing and weird but not in a āhe missed the markā way. Itās a raw, honest take on the world from the a bunch of different perspectives.
Niggas are forgetting he grew up in f***ing COMPTON. If heās giving voice to all of the complex emotions heās felt growing up and experiencing life, he has to play a young compton kid, a drunk womanizer, a flashy rapper, and several other things. Baring all your most problematic, flawed traits like that is going to be unsettling no matter what and Iām glad he didnāt hold back.
