Anyone else feel like this album is Kendrick desperately trying to separate himself from the music industry or something?

Kendrick & Beyonce also mastered the element of being pro-black in music for acclaim/points but never daring to actually sit down in an interview, panel discussion, or open conversation to speak candidly on their views because they know they’d f*** up and say some questionable s***

this album basically kendrick admitting that and saying “do what u want wit this information”

Because isn’t every single song faked in the booth do u think Drake and them were feeling way too sexy the whole time they made that song from start to finish?
U know the actors don’t really die in the movies they just fake it too

Drake thug and future definitely all felt sexy. That’s also a bit different than screaming at each other in a booth to act like you’re about to fight f***

Eh weird take. Part of Kendrick’s appeal is doing his talking through music. Is it wrong from him to take his time and be extra thoughtful with his message?

Gonna listen to side B later. I think the production is cool and more interesting than Damn. So far N95, Die Hard and Father Time the songs i really enjoyed.
