Dam I dislike the album now
@Q3D gonna message you to get your thoughts. Very interested in what you thought.
youre better than this friend.
i'll be in here in a couple hours right here wit y'all for my second listen
back with a sober mind lol last night was an interesting listen man
Runaway outro is also too long
At least that was ye harmonizing, i think a better comparison would be blame game outro which im not that huge of a fan of, and even then blame game is a song that you can listen to regardless of the outro. Dont want to come off as too critical, i enjoy a lot of the album and i think for example no make up is much worse than this
to me the ye/drake line is praise to them and a diss to himself
i dont see why people are seeing it as a snub to either of them
reading comprehension
to me the ye/drake line is praise to them and a diss to himself
i dont see why people are seeing it as a snub to either of them
ppl still aint understanding him saying he had maturing to do
I swear someone legit said Kodak would be all over the album a while back, and it wasn't the joke edit from the predictions thread either
it was prediction because of kodak's tweet and one of his producers I think.
Worldwide Steppers makes me want to drive a 1920's jalopy through a white neighborhood throwing Spy vs Spy bowling ball bombs with long wicks
Iām fairly certain they are quite literally supposed to be childish thoughts
Like told from the perspective of a child
EXACTLY and thatās what I keep saying itc but ppl donāt seem to understand that part
Heās literally switching between calling his aunt him and her further highlighting his childish confusion but no ppl heard him say a slur
ah yeah that makes sense. N95 being a reference to face masks, you could also read the title as a metaphor for fake charaters (like an invitation to take your mask off, and start looking into your real self)
Love that. Thatās a great way to look at it, and makes a lot of sense with the lyrics. Itās like heās challenging people to look deeper at themselves as heās about to do on the album.
this whole album really the ātill i realized i didnt know s***ā off tpab
lol basically
to me the ye/drake line is praise to them and a diss to himself
i dont see why people are seeing it as a snub to either of them
They deadass lack critical thinking skills in here
Ye stans in victim mode
but aren't they correct? what's the difference?
My uncle would tell me the s*** in movies could only be the magic
This year I did 43 shows and took it all home to buy him a casket
didnt even catch that damn
but even the first bar about studying division when his mom is strung out whew
I canāt rank it yet. I havenāt listened enough. Took me a month to really love TPAB. And even longer to love DAMN. I gotta continue to live with it.
Yeah same, and this has the same potential tpab had to click in like two months and become your favorite s*** ever
