Fax lol, I got a 3/4 through and had to run 712PM to hear something different
Real
It's cool if you guys prefer suburban artists like Gambino, Drake, Kanye, Cole, etc but at least admit Kendrick's perspective is more genuine while they just adopt a bunch of hood signifiers like it's fashion
????? mirror deffo feels like a goodbye
I was talking about the “and Keem” part lmaoo
The album cover makes sense to me now
in the bible jesus, moses and others seek solitude and then comes back to give people the answers
kendrick is coming back to tell us he only has answers for himself and his family, he’s not a savior for everyone
cant believe he got this rapist on the album!!!!! omg!!

i mean you do realize like based on the subject matter of the album that is an actual valid criticism lol
How the f*** do you hate on We Cry Together?!?
The realest track on the album?
Reminds me of some of my ex's and our arguments it's really like that with us black people
Now that I said that, I guess some just can't relate.

I don’t know how people can ignore how bad hip hop discussion has fallen off after being in a thread like this. This is literally the first time in god knows how long I’ve seen a nuance in the level and complexity of discussion in an album thread vs it being the usual suspects trolling for whatever NPC flavor of the week trap artist that dropped. I love seeing people break down albums, catching little things thrown in, actually discussing tracks, their meaning, etc. there is obviously nothing wrong with trap. I just have missed this right here so much with people having authentic takes and discussions going back and forth.
