I am. is a quote by Jesus, kendrick intended this, the album cover reference is intentionally linked to "I am. All of us" the full stop after I am is intentionally separating that from All of us. Bruh I know this is a little much but I am totally convinced that he is referring to the interpretation of Jesus as consciousness here, I'm not fully able to type out exactly what I'm getting at but this is all intentional, and we are not unpacking this for what it is yet. This is far bigger than the individual songs

only time I would want to listen to it is in the context of the album.Drake on the other hand has the advantage cause he approaches music the opposite way, he makes songs without thinking about it in context of an album or without having a storyline in mind which is why you can play his albums and music on shuffle
