F*** you
Itās true and you know it.
Also, people are only defending it because itās coming from Kendrick, if Kanye were to make that song he would get called problematic and crazy for it
Chances of this happening were soooo high and it still flew over his head I guess
What makes you say that? Genuinely curious
Was more interesting, his rapping was better, I'm biased because I'm from SA
This album's concept and message was done already this year by Denzel Curry. What makes this so deserving instead of that?
But at the same time Iām seeing some of the negative reactions and I understand. I donāt agree at all, but these kinds of albums donāt get unanimous praise off the bat.
I was watching some youtuber react and he couldnt finish the album cos he thought it was that bad
He could have made it sound better tho, some of the musical and vocal decisions on this project arenāt it bro
I listened to this with my homies at the park yesterday and it was the most awkward first listen of my life, at one moment a group of women walked by and s*** was embarrassing
Album is very personal
Most of these songs outside of the obvious radio tracks is headphone music
Objectively speaking, no one has touched Ye's discography and especially CD to Yeezus
Bro. Yeezus was 9 years ago. We all love it. Kendrick just dropped. He is the best rapper sorry itās hard to admit. Enjoy good music
He basically tellin yāall to touch grass on N95
Ngl I was f***ing terrified when I saw the title last night lmao
But in all honesty, a song like that was 100% needed nowadays
But at the same time Iām seeing some of the negative reactions and I understand. I donāt agree at all, but these kinds of albums donāt get unanimous praise off the bat.
Thatās how you know itās fire
Donāt forget to peep They Hate Changeās new album āFinally, Newā

Lmao niggas really be thinking itās the music nah Bruh, you just have social anxiety. Schedule an appointment
It really be blowing my mind when niggas talk about some scare the hoes, no song ever stopped me from getting laid man lmaooooooooooo
just on first listen atm but the mixing and mastering isn't very impressive. I think it could've been a lot better considering that the productions pretty spacious and could've benefited from less of a clustered, compressed sound.
Hasn't stopped me from enjoying the album but it is my first listen so, i'll see if that stays the case
It's also interesting to note that Manny Marroquin mixed it and while I think he did a good job, some moments felt slightly overwhelming to me. Ali only mixed We Cry Together
Either way I don't think it'll be enough to affect the replay value
Idk what is is but this album so interesting man
like definitely more so than DAMN. now is it better? itās too early to tell
I like that the beats on each song donāt just sound like an endless loop
Itās true and you know it.
Also, people are only defending it because itās coming from Kendrick, if Kanye were to make that song he would get called problematic and crazy for it
Which song are you talking about? A lot of the songs he makes this could be argued for
Chances of this happening were soooo high and it still flew over his head I guess
Critical thinking is at an all time low
But at the same time Iām seeing some of the negative reactions and I understand. I donāt agree at all, but these kinds of albums donāt get unanimous praise off the bat.
Just like TPAB.
Would it be blasphemous if I said I liked The Heart Pt 5 more than every song on this album
I liked the album and I respect that it wasn't what I expected, but man I would have liked to get a little bit more of that Kendrick.
Fair to call this abrasive?
Definitely
