I know there's a stigma, but it's honestly extremely healthy if you find a therapist who you can really open up to and be honest with and take it seriously. I was talking to someone at my university when I was lonely/depressed but I wasn't completely honest with her about my d*** use and I felt like my issues were relatively minor because there's 1000s of students and I'm sure some of them were suicidal and dealing with worse s*** than I was
