No he's not. example, Just because you're a great battle rapper does not mean it translates to making some good music. the same applies here.
I fw Lupe, he's creative as hell, but he not touching K Dot. There's a lot more to consider with music than just bar for bar (structuring songs, the structuring of the album, beat selection, hooks etc and Kendrick has him beat in all those areas imo)
