I donât want any narration or skits, I want Kendrick to show he can drive a narrative without that stuff that isnât as replayable

Yeah I would prefer not to have that kind of stuff on the album overall, I don't think he needs the crutches
Lupe hardly ever has to rely on skits or narration, as a result it doesn't affect the replay value of tracks and the listener can think for themselves as opposed to having "help" with grasping the concept

GKMC is literally the longest charting album in hip hop history and has skits lol

the fact that he's promoting it via the pglang site, and other stuff too, makes me think it's gonna be one (last) album for TDE, and the other album for pglang.since he owns pglang with dave free, it's almost like he's going independent, so he would kill two birds with one stone.
anyway, i'm just excited about it, and i hope it lives up to the MASSIVE hype.
You know it will, Iâm just happy weâre getting music from him a lot has happened in the world since 2017

This performance singlehandedly made me 19736 times more hyped for this album bro. i really love this look and the whole performance itself just seemed special, seemed like kendrick changed into a whole new dude with a newfound purpose
