It was a sample of their song June with Kamasi Washington playing the sax. I think thatās also one of the styles Kendrick will use on this new album or maybe an instrumental
Iām not too familiar with the original song, so I may not have the ear for it, but I think you may be right. It could easily be the case that itās a sample. Kamasi Washington is a likely and welcome collaborator for a new Kendrick album.
