There was a very similar movie to The Prestige that also came out around the same time, and I think there’s a word for this phenomenon of “twin” movies coming out together like Antz and Bugs Life

Whimsical when it needs to be, nasty when horror happens, the bully characters are overly stupid and aggressive. Perfect King vibes

I would probably give a testicle to have Perkins adapt The Dark Tower series for HBO

We're gonna have to see, man. I couldn't get into the first one when I've tried before, and I've tried like four separate times. They say the second one is goated so i'm gonna power through.
