Just watched the first episode of PEN15 and honestly haven't died laughing this hard in a while from a show.

Real ones know that S1 is honestly one of the most underwhelming seasons. Enjoy the rest, it's a blast. Don't listen to the haters about later seasons.

enjoyed this one a lot. only six episodes but unique story of a mysterious island and its people. the cast was crazy with great performances by Jude law, Naomi Harris, Katherine waterston, and Emily Watson. some frustrating character choices but overall a great mini series (assuming there won't be a season 2). another example of how bad HBO has gotten at promoting their quality content

Watching that supermarket show. I can’t stand shows with comprised cinematography. There’s this double standard where ppl call things “bad black movies” it’s mainly the camera angles. Damn it, I’m watching this #1 show for the first time and I’m seeing the same techniques and angles used in b rate movies.

Back to my og point. What’s the point of having top rated gear and not put it to the use? Artistic integrity.

Also, my main issue with modern shows is the color correcting!

Just Watched Fargo S2 and its blew me away. This show is for tv what Fargo was for movies. Insane classic like S1 is f***ing incredible too but S2 was just another level 10/10
