SIR! Thank You!!!!
this the only song I remember
ayy this is kinda hard
pharrell produced the entire album
wow there should have been more hype / promo for this
wow there should have been more hype / promo for this
and it was shortly after he dropped happy i believe
Ofc the previous are better but it's a super fun album to listen to
There are def incredible songs on there. I vividly remember the era.
He was struggling to find a next hit single.
First i think it was Reverse Cowgirl
OK BRO HOW TF DID THAT NOT MAKE THE ALBUM? I’m listening to it for the first time in so long. It is amazing 🥲
It didn’t really even do much on the charts. But yeah Drowning Again, Best Love Song, Rap Song & 5 o clock were cool. But to me everything else just sounded basic :/
my first snoop album
If anything this might’ve been one of that last Snoop albums with major hype. Remember I wanna love you and That’s That S*** going crazy on the radio
both great albums
return of the mac did make noise though. if we're talking slept on prodigy albums, this is #1
that s*** had nothing but heat on it and gave us a classic with this..
I’m in utter astonishment at how well that Reverse Cowgirl song aged
HOW IN TF DID REVERSE COWGIRL NOT MAKE REVOLVER *RXK VOICE

what i enjoy about that album is that snoop felt like he had to prove to his son (who had cassidy as his #1 rapper) that he could still do his thing. that's why he set the album off with a "lyrical" track (by snoop's standards, at least)

Oh yea but usually I don’t see people bringing albums like this and bush up when discussing snoop only doggystyle and a few of his singles
Idk about that
It did have this hit tho
!https://youtu.be/sDC4JexWQcMy'all know how big of a cam fan i am but that album was a huge disappointment for me
Wasn't this Grammy nominated?
Unfortunately not and wasn’t that critically acclaimed but it’s always been one of my fav roots albums ever
