but this wasn't overlooked or ignored.

this there was people then and now praising it as a masterpiece, even though it's not

Maybe not exactly a "Masterpiece" (tracklist needed some editing), but damn sure a great album.

I hate how the bonus tracks are better than some of the album tracks

The midsection of the album kinda holds it back

i consider the bonus tracks an essential part of the LIG experience and to be frank, that's the version I always listen to. What were your least favorite songs on the album? My only complaint is the track sequencing

    Obviously Summer on Smash

Then Reach Out, World's an Addiction and You Wouldn't Understand have great content, but the hooks are too "epic" sounding which I usually dislike

1 song with an "epic" sounding hook is fine but 3 of them in a row with Summer on Smash sandwitched inbetween is uhh..

I personally have a soft spot for bombastic hooks, but I know they're not for everyone. People criticized Reach Out but that sample is iconic and reminds me of Coney Island, so it's special for me.

Crazy bc this album was so acclaimed and loved when it came out, but now it's mostly forgotten

It has some great tracks, but lacks depth to truly make it an interesting album.
