A fact is a thing that is known to be consistent with objective reality and can be proven to be true with evidence. For example, "This sentence contains words." is a linguistic fact, and "The sun is a star." is a cosmological fact. Further, "Abraham Lincoln was the 16th President of the United States." and "Kanye birthed Drake and The Weeknd." are also both facts, of history. All of these statements have the epistemic quality of being "ontologically superior" to opinion or interpretation — they are either categorically necessary or supported by adequate documentation.

    Sure

But SFG was 100% Ye inspired

I guess Taylor Swift's 1989 inspired Sza and other r&b songstress then. Kanye wasn't the first rapper to sing. 50, Ja Rule,Andre 3000,etc. did it first.

Drake's early rap style was more Jay and Wayne's and he was inspired by aaliyah and Andre 3000.

Jay Z, Aaliyah, Phonte & 3000 were Drake’s influences in music

Kanye influenced him overall in his life

A lot of people get the 2 confused lol

He’s admitted to it several times

    Not really lol

Drake’s style is a combination of rap & R/B while 808s is a nice blend of 80s synth pop & orchestration

How can you credit Kanye for something that’s existed before him ?

Give the credit to R/B artists like Aaliyah, Jodeci, Genuwine etc

    Kanye didn’t birth Drake

Drake stated Kanye was a big influence on his life but his musical influence came from Aaliyah & Jay Z/Wayne/Clipse/Phonte

Idk about him BIRTHING The Weeknd but he's had an influence on his early sound for sure.

Drake on the other hand was obviously birthed by Kanye and he's admitted this as recently as December 2019

Drake is definitely a direct branch of the Kanye influence tree along with Travis, Cudi, Sean, Tyler, etc
