I had a blast watching this. Glenn Powell is going to be Hollywood’s first legitimate movie star in a long time. Daisy killed it as well — hell of a start to her career.

Spielberg shouldn’t have removed the kiss scene though.

Come to think of it, this had a horribly stupid release time. Why the f*** would they knowingly release next to Deadpool, knowing good and well they only have 1 week in premium formats? It's f***ing TWISTER 2.

The last bit being set in a movie theater was pretty hilarious. “Everyone get to the theater!” “This theater isn’t built to withstand this!” I imagine 4dx screenings were a riot. So tongue in cheek.

First off, this film was so maximalist "Merica"/White, till the point it felt kinda bold and charming. Not alot of movies are going for a straight up "White America" audience, Twisters didn't give af. Anyways, the movie itself was decent, really character driven, so if you didn't like Powell or Ramos, you most likely hated this movie.

Even with it being character driven though, this film didn't waste alot. Decent entertainment, nothing more and nothing less.
