Even if you think his part of Hurricane is good, it does not come close to The Weeknd and Lil Baby on that. He's like Marlon Brando before The Godfather, He was getting tired of working but he was such a legend that everyone around him gave 110% while he just phoned it in.
You can get something good out of Ye every once in a while but it's going to happen less and less. During the Donda 2 event, you could tell everyone finished their verses except for Ye who was still just kind of mumbling over it.
