Those are the fake songs the Cascio family worked on and duped the MJ Estate into buying lol.

They had spent so much on the songs and in the deal they had to use so many of them on the album they were putting together after MJ died

So Breaking News was planned to be the first single of Michael in 2010 and they wanted Drake to feature on it because they were convinced it was going to be a smash, when in reality it was literally just a terrible forgery

There's a podcast called Faking Michael which uncovers the whole thing - it's fascinating if you are interested in music like that
