Finally beat the black rabbit brotherhood boss, s*** left a really bad taste in my mouth

Im on it now, I think phase 1 is really fun but phase 2 kicks my ass Im stubborn so I am determined to beat him

yeah that 2nd phase is malenia levels of bad to me. i got close to beating it once but every other time it wasn't even fair lol. i like to run more tanky builds, so i had a ton of health and the best armor stats and was still getting chewed through. i got so much other stuff to play i just wanted to wrap it up

I feel you, I run kinda tanky myself. 35 vigor, 20 stamina and 20 capacity. Some of dudes moves seems impossible to dodge/block and there is one move when he jumps out the camera which is bs.
I run a advance build, so I have a electric weapon which hits hard.

I get it tho sometimes you just wanna be done with it. That last area was so long too I dont really have anything else to play atm so I dont mind spending some extra time beating him.

Chapter 11 f***ing sucks. They were going so good with the first few chapters of the game I thought I was really gonna enjoy this the whole way through

1.2 update made the game way easier

there’s some good changes in there, now people can stop complaining about it being so hard

I just beat Simon first try on my second run after being stuck on him for the last 2 days definitely seems easier

People told me the great sword/ strength route is dumb this game. Is it true? I cant play souls likes without feeling edgy with a heavy sword

I’m a fromsoft vet and there’s been a good amount of bosses in this game that have took me at least 20 if not more tries, I have no idea how you people are so good

ehh depends. pretty much every heavy weapon i found was very slow and i can't imagine them working all that well in almost any boss fight, though i've seen some people manage it. but you can mix and match blades and handles, so you might be able to create something heavy and with decent speed but it won't really feel the same as going heavy in a fromsoft game.

i played 90% of the game with the bone cutting saw blade on the police baton handle, which was technically a strength set up and i had success but it didn't really fulfill the greatsword fantasy that i prefer
