Its more fun to listen to and has more variety. Ready To Die gets a little too samey in places. And before yall crucify me, remember that Life After Death has Hypnotize, Kick In The Door, F*** You Tonight, I Love The Dough, Mo Money Mo Problems, Notorious Thugs, Going Back To Cali, Ten Crack Commandments, Skys The Limit, Long Kiss Goodnight AND You're Nobody (Till Somebody Kills You).
Yuppp
2 10/10s but Life After Death is him at his throne
In some ways yeah
Nas Rae Juelz Roc and Drake prefer it
Means something when a lot of ppl who make good hip hop think it's better

was this inspired by the life section thread
Nah deadass i've been doordashing the last couple days and played Ready To Die yesterday and Life After Death today. While Ready To Die is a classic and has some amazing songs, I had way more fun listening to Life After Death. Plus Biggie sounds so smooth and refined on LAD. Aside from Big Poppa, you could hear how rough around the edges he was with Ready To Die.

You can see the albums influence in Drake's career. The seamless blend of Hip-Hop, R&B & Pop on this album was definitely something Drake noted, took and modernized.
Yeah tbh
Sky's the limit, hypnotize, miss u, mo money more problems, I love the dough, I got a story to tell, kick in the door, what's beef >>>>>>>>>>
Ok why do you think Ready To Die is better?
He was rapping his ass off. I prefer a lot of the beats on it too. He reuses hella bars but it’s good.
