This only works on people who are stuck in the vicinity of those niggas or in that lifestyle themselves. Your average civilian doesnt have to worry about "snitch culture"
99% of these gangsters wont try that in the suburbs or a better environment because they know everyone will snitch and most of them have guns to protect themselves, so its a a no win situation.
