Idk if y’all run in the same typa Twitter circles but the Uzi negativity has been at an all time high this last week and I’m not really sure why. New snippets sound good, we are about to get some grails it looks like, Uzi reconnecting with some of his best collaborators, hype should be up if anything but all I keep seeing is that he needs to retire and is trash.

That’s valid but the s*** I’m seeing is consistently that he hasn’t been good for years and everything he’s made past LIR2 is bad (which I really think when people make these “hasn’t been good since X year” arguments, it’s an easy way to say I haven’t cared to check out their music since then, no way you heard upward of 200 songs in 4 years and dislike them from the same artist after a period). If you gonna hate at least make it make sense though. I think there’s a lotta thing you could criticize but when the statements get boiled down to these super basic negative tweets they don’t hold water and make you just seem like a hater instead of somebody with valid criticism or someone whose being level headed.
