Yes, having an indoor complex at the White House that can accommodate larger groups makes a ton of sense and it’s shocking they had been routinely relying on tents in the warmer months and going off site in the colder months.

Now I’m sure his intention behind it is just as much to leave his mark on the property and further stroke his own ego, but the ballroom itself makes sense.
