I still don’t know why Wayne took a 2011 scrapped song with Bono and finally put it on this album
The Days is a 2010 song
You told on yourself so bad with this. Y’all only respect rappers if they are also “orchestrators”. Clowns
Nobody said that
Wayne has other great albums. His last two albums to me are great (C5) and good (Funeral).
Nobody’s saying a rapper has to be an orchestrator to be respected. What I’m saying is that, rappers that do have that status get the benefit of the doubt when a feature list comes out and a name is on there that doesn’t necessarily jump out at you, because there is a chance the artist is utilizing them in a way that you either hadn’t considered or hadn’t heard from them before.
For a rapper like Wayne, that’s not the case. The features are just getting the beat and sending their verses in, that’s pretty much it
MGK, Jelly Roll, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Jelly Roll, and Bono are names I should never see on the tracklist of any Lil Wanye project.
Like bro come on that nigga really tryna defend this feature lineup
I’m not tryna hear Bono on anyone’s album in 2025
I still don’t know why Wayne took a 2011 scrapped song with Bono and finally put it on this album
Because these are the days
Like bro come on that nigga really tryna defend this feature lineup

u2 was great on damn
keep the rest tho
u2 was great on damn

2017
2017
the bono song is old too right?
The Days sounds like a song they’d play in the backround of Americas Got Talent when someone got a golden buzzer
THESE ARE THE DAYSSSSSSSS
cue the contestant falling to their knees and crying
@Hndrxx_Free This is what I said about the song when I first heard it
It would be so simple to get this nigga on some grimy chops and soul loops and have him bar out but he just refuses
It blows my mind because it’s like if you don’t wanna craft a whole song with a hook and everything and just wanna rap, how difficult is it to just get some good beats
See I knew this is what yall wanted
A lil Wayne album of him barring out on grimy chops and soul loops sounds horrid. That would be so much worse than this. Why even listen to Wayne if that’s what you want? Listen to Boldy James f***ing nerd
Saying someone was great 7 years ago to defend them is brazy
the bono song is old too right?
Only thing i know is Bono is old af
wayne needs to lock in with a good producer for one full album. someone that can really be more attentive to the overall project, because for whatever reason wayne doesnt concern himself with much outside of recording.
u2 was great on damn
keep the rest tho
Because they were utilized in an interesting way, which goes back to my point about certain artists that have earned that benefit of the doubt
But also that was almost a decade ago
Banned from NO is almost good
There is sum missing with the beat and wayne rapping tho
It’s absolutely terrible when you know this exists.

@Hndrxx_Free This is what I said about the song when I first heard it
Lmaooo
U hit it right on the spot
the bono song is old too right?
Super old. Apparently it’s from Tha Carter IV sessions which is why his voice sounds different on it from everything else
Nobody said that

This is much better than funeral
I saw it with my own eyes this album was being compared to revival before it dropped. Just off tracklist. It couldn’t come back from that in yall eyes
It’s absolutely terrible when you know this exists.

Insane how wayne has a way better version from more than 10 years ago
See I knew this is what yall wanted

Would you (well your character) defend Kendrick if he worked with Lin-Manuel Miranda on his album
It’s absolutely terrible when you know this exists.
!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xzVEUrhZEAListening to this classic and then the album is depresssing af
This nigga is WASHED
Would you (well your character) defend Kendrick if he worked with Lin-Manuel Miranda on his album
Yes I actually like Lin Manuel more than most. I think it’s dope for rappers to work with him

Get Westside Gunn to curate an album and it would be great
Wayne has always murdered it over Darringer, Conductor, Alchemist etc.
Would be great to see a completely bar focused album without worrying about hooks
