I came around to loving this in the end.

Yo soy Dominicano y Boriqua, so seeing representation of both parts of my culture just kept a smile on my face throughout the movie. On top of that my dad was born in Washington Heights so that also made this movie a little more special.

As disconnected from my culture as I am, thanks to my parents moving us to NC when I was 8 lmao, this movie in a way made me feel more connected to Hispanic culture. Not like straight from the island obviously but I feel like if I stayed in NY, I would be more in touch with Hispanic culture.

Anyway I’m going on a tangent, the singing (except Corey in the end which was clearly auto tune) was on point. The performances were great and I loved the numbers in general. Overall 8.5/10

I need to go back to finish that show up. Watched like half of season 1 when it first aired

I dont think they're making a fourth season, but it was a really solid show

you peep the post credit scene? s***s great but I agree...kinda like Marc Anthony playing the drunk uncle or w/e for one scene rather than having a singing role
