Was hoping astrology was on the list and wasn't disappointed.

A lot of the topics in health and medicine are indeed pseudoscience but they are still recommended and offered to patients as long as it doesn’t interfere with essential medical practice

At the end of the day if it makes them feel better anecdotally then that’s helping recovery

I honestly cannot understand what would drive someone to pursue the study/career in chiropractice.

One time I told someone that chiropractors are complete quacks without knowing they were studying it in university

the term pseudoscience has been coined by scientists that do not want their truths to be demolished

They don’t know that the Ancient Indians had airplanes and nuclear weapons as described in the Ramayana and Mahabharata.

it’s so popular and normalised along with crystals that you’d be crucified if you ever said anything lol

i once said i didn’t need to have a bag of crystals in my pocket for a job interview and i got called a bigot and a colonizer (i’m literally korean)

i think astrology hate is extremely corny and forced tbh

most people's perspective on it isn't even how it is too. it's not categorising people into 12 groups/archetypes

there is a certain level of self reflection that would be required if someone was to read their own birth chart and i believe despite being "real" or not, there is utility in that

but why is it every time someone says they enjoy astrology they get crucified too
