if you listen to his podcast, he barely ever judges rap music. his takes on rap are not drenched in boomer nostalgia. he talks about how great lil baby is every week.
i’m not gonna defend all of their takes by any means. i enjoy the show but i don’t agree with everything that’s said. i would just advise you to listen to the show if you wanna see why people like it.
joe has had valid criticisms about logic as a rapper but he’s also done a lot of trolling and clowning for no REAL reason which was unfair.
