It only helps the first week numbers obviously at the absolute most.

No matter how long an album is once 98% of people listen the first 1-3 times, they just go back to their handful of favorite songs.

Nobody listens to a 25 track album front to back every single week. Nobody has time for that. People will always just go back to the few songs they liked.
