Just referring to the so called "getting out of the deal album" known as drogas light lol

I mean, “light” in the title was always meant to lower expectations and present it more as a side project, prequel, like how some artists might call it a mixtape or a playlist. Ain’t really much to believe, Im not gonna say it don’t count at all but it doesn’t hold as much weight as an actual album. It’s comparable to untitled unmastered, More Life, or Dark Lane Demo Tapes as far as how much it should count

I was also being silly lmao I have a lot of respect for Lupe Fiasco and I get what he does I just think it's funny when artists approach music that way but that's just my opinion

One of my favorite things about Wave is some of the ways he tied in his deal with Atlantic and new freedom from them and reflected it within the story
