Isn't it possible that this never ending cycle of violence and everything else that you mentioned in your post negatively affected black people's mindset towards violence and has therefore pointed your culture towards a vicious acceptance of black violence and black destruction? And isn't the solution then to talk about black on black violence and to find a way to change the mindsets to affect the culture?
