The ending also i dont realistically see happening man. Like the man describes it as people opening the fridge and smiling but never being the reason for the smile or picked
That people arent happy to see him
Now i get it if D*** felt that way, but until season 6 literally everyone don meets instantly falls in love with him. I just feel like in real life at some point he would realize oh wait i am loved

Ending would have hit better for me if I had any knowledge of that coke ad before mad men.
Overall I didn’t love how the show ended for don but it was fine. Still a 10/10 show as you said. The other characters had good endings.

she is ungrateful. called the children screwed up, threw spaghetti at the wall, left the children home alone and they were hostages in a robbery. what did she do to help dons life besides p****? everyday its like a child’s nonsensical temper tantrum.

Ive attempted to rewatch breaking bad multiple times cause i miss it
Every time i do i get into it for a bit but then i drop it

Yes. they're not the same... mad men is a period piece taking place in the 60s so if that turns you off then you might not like it. it has some high level business dealings like takeovers and mergers which are up the same alley as succession, but it's more about the day to day elements of the advertising business.
mad men is an all time great show so anyone should watch it, and I'd say there's a fair amount of crossover appeal with succession since they're both about businesses with people wearing suits and sometimes being cutthroat with each other
