I understand, it’s definitely kinda removed from their previous style but I urge you to give it another shot in the near future. Listen to it on a pretty, starry night

Definitely going to at some point
In love with both of these singles. This really focused, smoky, and elegant hip hop is exactly what I need from lib right now.
Classic on the way.

its about to be a great start to the year already!
Man I cant wait to hear this album
These 2 singles too fire
Yeah this sounds so smooth dude. I am excited for this. Love me some Madlib dude.
Still waiting for that Push x Madlib tape though
I just found out that second single dropped There was none of the usual promotion for this specific single.
Funny enough I was just thinking earlier about how Madlib has only put out one single for this upcoming album
The drum loops on these two are my main takeaway. Way crunchier and more of the groove/forefront than usual madlib beats

They're really prioritized in the mix and that's weird after being used to his drums always being subtle for so long. Hopprock has the random soundbites you always expect from Madlib, but even those are being used differently than normal.

yeah the drums are where you really feel Four Tet’s presence in these songs
