Sonically they’re pretty different but they do have some similarities.

Both were released close to each other. Madvillian 2004, Be 2005.

Both have 1 primary producer. Madlib and Ye. Be does have a couple beats from J Dilla, but 90% of the album is Kanye.

Both are considered the best in their respective discographies.

And both are classics.
