Maccaveli101Pitchfork loses all credibility just for doing this two months later.
Biggest hack site for music journalism and their content has no impact on the culture.
Literally their whole review is “it’s flawless sonically but it’s all synth pop with no feeling” like Sweet and Forget About The Party ain’t on there.
But yet they’ll find some hidden deeper meaning in these current generation rappers where all their bars consist about trapping and tiktok. FOH.

Yep. Give Drake's last 5 releases to a rapper they think is newer and more interesting and those projects are averaging an 8.5 easily.

Idk the only reason they didn't drop sooner is because of COVID and not being able to tour. We'll see how the tour for this album goes, if they even can at this point, before writing them off.

Fam they had all the promo in the world.. multiple singles before album, spotify billboards, a phone line for fans to call them, music videos, drake feat, late night performances, multiple interviews, songs sent to radio, a tour etc. Their music just refuses to click with the general public for some reason. Seems like their tour did amazing though. What do u think OVO should do?

One way to increase visibility with general audiences is doing more features imho.....and just dropping more frequently. Only Frank, Kendrick, etc. can get away with only dropping 1 time in 4 years

Yeah this is their worst performing album I think eventhough it had the most promo. They just left for like 4 years lol. Def need to release every year

MJ or any other OVO artist will never hit mainstream. Drake missed his opportunity to sign a rapper under him. Like how Wayne did with him. He signed pop or r&b acts during a time when those genres were declining.
