I think it’s a mixture of common sense and certain cases like this where now that a Tiger has killed a human being, it no longer fears them and will kill more. Animals commonly are afraid of humans but once it’s defended itself and had to kill a human, it realizes they’re no longer a threat and that’s why they must be put down.
