It’s been clear since ETH arrived he’s been trying to shoe horn Sancho into the team somehow but it’s never really worked, he then gave him special treatment and sent him away which I’m hearing wasn’t just because of mental health/ fitness reasons
he came back, and let’s be honest didn’t look much different other than a handful of bright sub cameos

the fact that he had a good pre season but never started the opening games tells me he was in the shop window but we never received an acceptable offer maybe

it’s clear he doesn’t fancy Sancho, I think the ship is sailed he’s not quick enough or can’t beat a man for a winger in the premier league, he looks below average everywhere else

hopefully Saudi come in for him with their window still open, which is super sad because out of all our signings he was always the one

Even though I get why Antony keeps getting picked, he has great work rate off the ball and was very important yesterday again in that area with interceptions and such, I really hope Pellistri is going to be given real chances this season like Garnacho did last season.
