As much as SAF is an icon of the club (synonymous with the club, really), I do think we need to distance ourselves from that era bc we’ve been hanging onto it too long, I feel the same about our ex players being involved with the club as well.

I don’t think so tbh. He has his 2 trophies. Plus the revisionism I’ve seen on the likes of LVG, Mou and Ole over the last few months has convinced me that if our next manager is s*** ETH will be remembered as a ‘good manager who needed more time’.

ETH has been backed like no one else ever was & filled the club with the most expensive s***test players I’ve ever seen

No one remembers LVG favourably and he won the fa cup too
