I think they redid it during Covid iirc cause they couldn’t give him the 300k a week, so changed it to like 40k and then 750k on back end.

His press resistant and cute passing is always a plus in a side. He’s a total defensive nonentity with his size though so he would pretty much be a like for like eriksen replacement.
I think we have a real significant chance to fix our midfield this summer — we let McTominay go last season and will move on Eriksen and Casemiro (and maybe an outside chance with Fernandes…?)
We should be looking to get a few more mobile midfielders who are good at passing the ball around in there to supplement
Don’t agree on the Eriksen comparison considering he put a lot more work into getting back and putting a tackle in yesterday more than I’ve seen Eriksen do for us since he’s been here. The way we profile DMs I don’t think we’ll get a permanent player in that role anyway
Could easily have him Bruno’s position though as I don’t think Bruno will be back to his best at this rate.
