So who yall want as a manager replacement, Should we go for the Bournemouth guy?
I want someone in PL yeah. would probably give Ruben the pre-season tho.
if he signs a striker, the next manager can get use out of that. like any manager thats competent is gonna make Gyok work in the system. same goes for like a proper CB or whatever.
kinda like how we signed ugarte in anticipation of Ruben coming in most likely next.

Yeah true, we should def be wary in spending too much on players to fit in this terrible 5-2-3 system. Ruben is gonna be gone anyway whether it’s before pre season or 10 games into next season, don’t see the point in catering towards him. If we’re smart we sack him before preseason to atleast give someone else a fair chance.
Hopefully management have learned from their mistake of ‘keeping a manager over the summer in the hope that with a few signing he’d turn from s*** to good’
Further cuts announced
Glazers really did nearly kill us. Wonder what power we have in the summer if any
And if they don’t want to spend and if they sacked Amorim you’d have to pay god knows what after just blowing 20m getting rid of the last one
It’s astonishing how inept they are on the field all the way up to the board room. We had to get a proper rich owner who’d clear the debt instead of the Ineos scrimping.
I know we all think whatever of the manager and players but it’s really sad times

We’re a mid table club for the foreseeable future, sad but true

Could be worse than that honestly

Yeah if we keep Ruben we might relegate for real. A decent coach will have us in 12th to 6th but don’t think we’ll finish top 4 in the next 5 years.

Who is the “decent coach” that will turn this shower of s*** into a top 6 side?

Bournemouth guy for instance. 6th is also the absolute max that’s possible at our club. But a 27% win percentage is so incredibly embarrassing that I think most current pl managers would do a better job.

Austerity in depressions. Always ends well

wtf. How does it work at arsenal and city and Chelsea Liverpool etc? I’m really curious.

If the guy top of the UCL unbeaten in his league struggles here what makes you think someone doing well at Bournemouth would do any better

I feel like this makes the atmosphere/vibe around the club even worse. Seems like a truly miserable place atm

This used to be the biggest club in the world man
