If we get Varane Sancho and Camavinga? Would there be a position y’all would like us to strengthen more? I think we’d be good for this summer. Then get a world class striker in next year after Cavani leaves (imagine someone like Haaland or so). I think we would def be one of the top sides in Europe in 2023.

If I was camavinga I’d stay in France tbh. Only 18 and he can retain his value while farming for a few more years…eventually go to Real or Barcelona. Premier League and United more risky of a move.

Would be risky for him to join United indeed, but if Pogba leaves next year he can be a long term replacement I think. Only other midfielders he has to compete with would be McFred. Camavinga seems like a good tackler with a good dribble and pass. If Ole drills him to become an aggressive ball retriever (something like Kanté). He could easily start in our XI. Biggest problem with these talented young players is discipline most of the time, I hope Ole can get it in him.

Tbh, Pogba is probably my favourite player at the club and by far our best midfielder, but I’d rather he goes now than on a free next season.

We will never replace him with a midfielder of equal quality (because for one there are so few out there), but if we do let him go we need to be smart and do it how Liverpool did with Coutinho — let him go and make really smart signings to positions of weakness
