    Damn really?

I think Shaws been great generally since the break. Bombing runs, can pick a player out with crosses, decent enough defensively

True I like matic but when heā€™s pressed he doesnā€™t provide enough movement showcased today

I wouldnā€™t call his runs bombing and they are usually ineffective and he in the way of rashfords movement. He should be overlapping if anything which he doesnā€™t and makes them too narrow and predictable. Also the defensive ā€œsavesā€ he has been pulling off recently have been a result of his poor marking saving himself rather than him saving his teamates

Hmm I disagree tbh. Compared to Wan Bissaka its night and day going forward. Tons of overlaps and he pushes wider. And a much better crosser

Evident in what should have been Bruno's 2nd

Mate his bombing runs at best lead to a corner. He has no end product. Defensively heā€™s a liability especially next to the fire truck.

And I donā€™t think he has a good attitude - he hasnā€™t been the same since the leg break.

Would love like alaba if Bayern moved on from him - or really anybody else would be nice to see.

    From above article:

Itā€™s also important at the moment. Football is a slog for now and it will be for the considerable future. Without a crowd, it has just become an exercise in completing a schedule and keeping the rebate wolf from the door.

Greenwood is a distraction from that reality. Heā€™s at the stage of his career where heā€™s still a mystery and, game by game, heā€™s beginning to introduce himself and show the array of his talent. Thatā€™s a rare privilege; we donā€™t get to go on those journeys with players very often. This oneā€™s very special.

ā€œ It was one good line among many in another precise, purposeful performance by Solskjaer. The effect he has on events on the pitch is the most crucial element to his job, but his public statements are also relevant. A manager might be the best tactician since Rinus Michels but if his oratory misses the mark then players will switch off.

Anybody listening to Solskjaer after the Villa game would do well to resist the feeling that the Norwegian knows with certainty how to bring United success. There was finesse and force.

Offered up a celebratory question about Unitedā€™s scoring streak across the last four Premier League games, Solskjaer shot back: ā€œWe should have won by five clear in all of them.ā€ā€

It has not gone unnoticed among those who study Manchester United closely that just as the team has grown increasingly comfortable with itself so has Ole Gunnar Solskjaer become completely at ease in himself. ā€œHeā€™s far more assured now,ā€ says a source.

Results help, of course, but the way Solskjaer has come across in his briefings with the media since footballā€™s return goes beyond scorelines. It points to a manager with crystal clear vision, settled in his surroundings more so than at any stage since he was appointed in caretaker charge in December 2018.
