huh? i was agreeing with you. people should be judged based on the worst thing they've ever done, regardless of how old they were when they did it. this is a good idea and wouldn't result in even more black people being in prison and being denied opportunities

Free thought and the ability to have a change of heart and forgive people is a very powerful superpower to have. With that logic, we shouldn’t rehabilitate people or just say stuff like “black people must vote one way or no way” that is utterly ridiculous, I’ve seen changes in some of the worst possible people, from a confederate that got all of his tattoos removed, to a murderer. Have some perspective on things.
