Pedromy only real issue with the marvel series' has been a lack of latinx representation. We've had great/fun properties now with entire black, east asian and pakistani casts, yet the only latin hero we've seen on screen is a super-powered alien from another dimension named america
Star Wars killing it with the Latinx representation right now too. Maybe Disney thinks that is enough

Not to be like “well but” but they did set up Latino Falcon in FWS.
But yeah the only heroes in the MCU that are Latine are America and Ghost Rider

I appreciate setting up the new falcon, but id be curious to see who the directors/writers are for that. dc has me pressed rn cuz blue beetle looks good has a latine cast and is written/directed by a puerto rican lol.

Easier to use black and brown actors in star wars imo because there's no nationality involved and you can explain everyone away as aliens

Both marvel and Star Wars fanbases are full of cretinous racists. Very enjoyable to watch them lose their minds every time a new POC character is introduced lol. Reva had people practically sobbing and throwing up

You say evil but everyone gonna think he's the most badass when they finally see him :elon: also isn't he the aspect of their personality that took the real beatings for the team when they were kids? "evil" is a harsh way to describe how he turned out

That's fine in and of itself, but she was basically wearing the flag with that jacket. We get nothing of her heritage outside of a few phrases in spanish. But then again, I guess I shouldn't expect much when this is who marvel hired to create a Latin character

You can call evil harsh but the only context we have for that persona is murder and nothing else. I'll be the first to say I'm wrong if they actually touch on any latin heritage aspects, but my guess is we're getting an accent and little else
