How can anyone watch something like the finale of echo and say "damn that was pretty good" unironically? Some of the worst and clownish writing I've seen lmfao
And for all the hype of Kingpin being street level Thanos, he's more street level Kang aka a clown that shows up and does nothing but take easy and embarassing Ls at every turn
it's a bad show, ain't no way around that.
3 episodes into Echo and I’m not hating it. Maybe my expectations were lower than most. There’s definitely story issues, questionable character choices, and episode 1 felt like a recap more than an episode but I like the way the show is shot and the setting it takes place in. Plus action been cool so far
We’ll see how last 2 episodes play out
Word on the street is Thanos is coming back
Would be dope if the avengers team up with him for the multiverse war
Official nail in the coffin for marvel is when they have pro Zionist themes in the next captain America movie
Ben Urich’s daughter (probably)
Actually forgot the mcu exist for a lil time. The state of this franchise… 😬
Deadpool 3 trailer gonna restore the vibes
Curious what they consider their bigger franchised at this point

Less smaller risky projects from the looks of it

a new Guradians would have to be the Rocket led team which I don’t think would hit the same
We’ll have to see what they do with Quill
A couple table updates:
First the release list
Now the watchlist order

Add Deadpool, Daredevil & Black Panther & yeah that’s about it

Midnight Sons has some A listers in the group
Plus it’s Oscar Isaac. Not that he’s a huge star but I doubt they just throw that away
We have gained a powerful ally

the timeline table is really cool & clearly had a lot of effort put into it, but it’s also conceptually a bit tricky, since it’s not the Marvel Cinematic Universe you have there, but the Marvel Cinematic Multiverse
i like the idea, but i feel like it would make more sense to keep franchises that take place in the same universes together, i.e. the X-Men movies are watched uninterrupted, the Raimi trilogy is watched together, the Sony Spider-Man-adjacent universe is watched together (maybe watched after Loki s1, since it does become relevant in NWH’s post credits)
but since the Sony movies are colliding with MCU Spidey now, idk lol. it’s your vision here, and i think you executed it very well. i have a feeling DP3 will make it a bit easier to figure out the best way to organize the earlier non-MCU movies as well, if it’s what it’s rumored to be.
