Title reveal soon?
this might be a matt damon joke tbh
Honestly, I really don’t want a Spider-Verse live action.
This may be a unpopular opinion, but I’m not a fan of comic book Multiverse stuff. Always feels too bloated and convoluted, and is never as good as the solo stuff.
I feel like I’m going to completely check out from the MCU now that they seem to be going into Multiverse directions.
I love Into The Spiderverse btw. But that’s like the only Multiverse thing I’ve ever liked, and I don’t believe live action films will ever pull it off nearly as well
Tbh marvel has pulled off everything they’ve done recently pretty well. But that being said I think it’s way too early for a live action spider verse
I buy this more than the Andrew/Tobey one
Andrew absolutely should not be in this film lmao
Plus miles already exists in the universe considering prowler made a cameo in the first movie

I hear you but Tobey ain't getting any younger

Then they just shouldn’t do it 🤣 this seems like a classic case of song fully f***ing up the bag

Nah I'll rather have it than not and that's just me being honest. I definitely agree its early but Im kinda trusting MCU to make it work. I might be in the minority here but I enjoy every actor who played Spidey
Idk why I just thought of this but imagine a superhero version of who framed roger rabbit, where live action characters (maybe Flash and Spider-Man) cross dimensions and encounter different animated heroes with different animation styles (some worlds are 2D, some CGI, etc). Directed by George Miller
In hindsight, the idea of a spiderverse movie with doctor strange involved had to be an idea from the moment the Sony deal happened
I trust feige to do this well but this will is ambitious. Especially after spiderverse movie was so popular, this is ripe to be considered a worse version.
And I mean Im psyched for dr strange multiverse of madness but if you’re telling me there’s 2 multiverse movies very close to each other I’m wondering if that’s overkill. Like I don’t need the next phase to be THIS focused on parallel universes because I don’t find the concept that appealing personally.
But in feige I trust.
Just to remind y'all

Title reveal soon?
I feel like this is a joke but I'd actually be here for this. Spiderman villain casting has always been pretty good (minus topher grace and dane dehaan)
It has to be multiverse.
And that ain’t even wishful thinking, but if it’s not, and Foxx was simply recast, that’s the laziest s*** I ever seen. Plus, my memory is fuzzy on the movie, but didn’t Electro die in TASM2? Either way, it’s pure laziness if he ain’t being recast for the purpose of a multiverse.
Even if Toby and Garfield returning being made up rumors. It would be funny if it forced marvels hand to get them for the movie
Would be wild cause if the multiverse ends up being true, then that JJJ scene at the end of FFH wasn’t an Easter egg at all, but an extremely subtle introduction to the multiverse, hidden right in your face.

Or they just used the same actor. The same could be said about Jaime Foxx. He already confirmed he won’t be blue, so it’s not the same Electro from The Amazing Spider-Man. Plus he probably had a movie left over from his original contract.
This seems like a cash in on the spider verse trend but as a well as actually bullshit because reminder. That this spiderman is a white washed Miles Morales

Wasn’t it proven that he didn’t commit sexual misconduct and one person just completely lied? I think we went to court and everything with evidence.
I don’t like the guy, I don’t watch his stuff or support it but I think he’s been proven innocent.
multiverse just gives them an opportunity to promote as many IPs as possible in one go.

Wasn’t he cleared of the misconduct stuff? Idk if I remember correctly. But I feel like I remember back then he beat the case and proved his innocence, but it went under the radar
Personally, the fact that these rumors have been lingering for so long now without Disney, Sony, the actors, etc. speaking on it or shooting things down is leading me to believe that, at the very least there are some validities to this at least being in talks.
It’s been a top trending topic on twitter now, so I feel like with this news blowing tf up, regardless of how reliable the source, they have no choice but to address the rumors soon if they aren’t true.
Not saying that it’s going to definitely happen. But I feel like there might be some truth to this be something they’re “trying” to do

They reached a settlement. Didn’t necessarily beat the case. Plus, it looks pretty pathetic when he’s still making videos coming at everyone at Screen Junkies + Dan Murrell over a year after everything ended.
We got like 5 minutes of Pete doing friendly neighborhood s*** man lol
5 minutes
This stuff could potentially be cool but I was hoping for a Peter and MJ centric film.

This may sound blasphemous but technically Miles stole everything from Peter first, after leaving him to die
