The main raimi trilogy theme is fire. His films definitely had a different and more MOVIEish blockbuster score

I agree on this tbh. If they planned on multiple trilogies then they shouldve built up spidey from street level hero to full blown superhero with the avengers. The only issue is marvel doesnt have any real guarantees on how much longer the deal with Sony can last so seems like they are forced to put everything in these spidey films in a shorter amount of time.

Does Sony think anyone and their grandma in law gives a cows ass and a henhouse about them saying Garfield and Maguire aren’t confirmed?

Not even taking rumors into account let’s just look at facts here:

• Doctor Strange 2 is a multiverse film, directed by none other than Sam Raimi
• Doctor Strange will appear in Spider-Man 3
• Jamie Foxx will return as Electro in Spider-Man 3
• JK Simmons already returned as JJJ in Far From Home, most likely returning in Spider-Man 3

But ”hurr durr that rewmiurr eez nawt cawnfermed”

Something confirming Tobey and Andrew’s return will leak (maybe a picture from set or a toy promo) and then Sony / Marvel are gonna come out and release some kind of promo about it

Would def be awesome if it was a surprise

They’ve been teasing how skrull kree war is the next major marvel plot line so why would they pick now to convolute their entire franchise line

I’d much rather see Tom Holland and Charlie Cox fight Fisk and the sinister 6 over spider verse live action, especially not this close to animated spider verse & sequel. Doubtful they’d produce the same plot line twice over
