Literally just do a movie where Spidey joins with Black Cat to fight Chameleon and then it turns out to be Kingpin behind the scenes.

Daredevil + Black Cat + Spider-Man vs. Chameleon + Shocker + Kingpin would be totally fine and would give you plenty of toys/crossover stuff without compromising the franchise
