Definitely rushed to Galactus, although I felt they did him well, they didn’t give us enough time to focus on the heroes because a lot of it was spent on setting up Galactus and Silver Surfer. It kinda relied on the past movies to be the origin story for audiences which is a pet peeve of mine.

Felt Superman do it too, it skipped the origin and relied on audiences to just know the characters from other media. We don’t know why this Lex hates Superman or why this Clark and Lois love each other, we just have to know they do because that’s who the characters are. Here, we don’t know why this team is a family or their bond, we’re just meant to know because that’s what the characters are in the comics

Yeah I dont think things always need origins at all . I am fine with discovering a world that is already some what lived in but Superman definitely suffered some from Clark and Lois romance lacking weight with no dates. No romance feeling.
